Rosalio “Junior” Arteaga, M.A., BCBA

Co-Founder & Behavior Analyst

With over 12 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, Rosalio supports families across the Central Valley with care that’s both professional and deeply personal.

What makes Rosalio stand out is his ability to truly connect. As a teen father, he developed a natural gift for engaging with children in their world through play, curiosity, and shared joy. That same approach continues to shape his work today, whether he’s supporting a toddler or helping guide a young adult. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and families appreciate how easily he builds trust while delivering strategies that work in daily life.

Rosalio is known for his steady presence, cultural sensitivity, and honest communication. Families often describe him as both a knowledgeable guide and a supportive ally. His goal is to make quality ABA services accessible and respectful of every family’s unique needs and background.

Alexis Montoya, M.S., BCBA

Co-Founder & Behavior Analyst

With the deep belief that ABA services feel approachable, respectful, and truly helpful—especially for families who have struggled to find support that understands their background and values—Alexis brings both clinical expertise and cultural sensitivity to the families he serves.

Families appreciate his calm presence, thoughtful communication in both English and Spanish, and ability to explain strategies in a way that makes sense. Whether he’s helping a parent prepare for a school meeting or guiding a child with Autism through new skills, Alexis is focused on what works in real life, not just on paper.

Alexis is certified through the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), where he completed advanced training in Foundations of Leadership and Executive Leadership. This background enhances his ability to collaborate with educators, advocate for his clients’ needs, and help families navigate the school system with confidence.

With nearly a decade of experience supporting families, educators, and communities across Northern California and the Central Valley, Alexis has dedicated his career to breaking down barriers and making sure no family is left unsupported.

Why “The Behavior Bridge”?

Because we believe in connecting where you are now to where you want to be.

In every interaction, we aim to be the bridge between today’s challenges and tomorrow’s growth, offering the guidance, support, and tools that help your child thrive.

What Families Say

Alexis Montoya is the most professional, kind, enthusiastic, and sincere BCBA my son has ever worked with. Without his help, my 8-year-old son with autism would still be wearing diapers and unable to use the toilet independently. Thanks to Alexis, my nonverbal son also said his very first word, “ball.”
